NEW EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DEADLINE!

Register early to take advantage of the lower registration fees. The ‘early bird’ registration is open until the April 30th 2023 (included).

Please note that by choosing virtual participation, oral and poster presentations can only be viewed and listened virtually, but as a presenter oral and poster presentations can only be conducted on-site!

The registration fees are subjected to VAT

Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.

Unfortunately for this regional event, we do not accept payments on-site. Payments are only possible by bank transfer.

Fees for on-site participant include:

  • Participation in pre-conference workshops and early-career researcher event on June 5 (separate registration required).
  • Participation in all scientific sessions.
  • Get-together event on June 5 (separate registration required).
  • Coffee or tea breaks and lunches as indicated in the program.
  • Conference dinner on June 6 (separate registration required).
  • Electronic abstract book

Fees for virtual participation include:

  • Access to the pre-conference early-career researcher event on June 5 (separate registration required).
  • Access to the scientific sessions on June 6 and 7.
  • Electronic abstract book
  • Virtual participants can only view and listen oral and poster presentations virtually. As a presenter oral and poster presentations can only be conducted on-site!

Fees for accompanying person include:

  • Get-together event on June 5 (separate registration required).
  • Conference dinner on June 6 (separate registration required).

Registration cancellation policy:
– Cancellation before 14th of May, 2023, registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of 50€ (VAT Incl.)
– No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 15th of May, 2023.
