These instructions are intended for presenting authors of abstracts selected for oral presentation or poster presentation, and cover technical requirements and deadlines.
All presenting authors are expected to attend the CSBSP10 in person and to be present at the conference venue.
Please remember to register as an on-site participant for the conference by April 30, 2023. If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by April 30, 2023, the abstract will be withdrawn from the final program. Only abstracts of participants who have paid their registration fees will be included in the program.
Language: all presentations will be in English
Oral presentations
Time: 15 minutes including discussion.

Format: PowerPoint (ppt/pptx) or PDF format (for Mac users PDF format)*.
Ratio: 16:9
*Kindly bring your presentation on a USB stick to the lecture room and download it to the computer in the morning of the day when you present by latest 30 min before the program starts, or send it to csbsp10@labris.agri.ee on the day before your presentation. Please note that using your own computer is not permitted.
Poster presentations
All posters will be presented as printed posters as well as online.
Printed poster
Size of the poster: vertical A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm, 33.11 x 46.81 inches).
All presenter must print their poster themselves*
Posters mounting time on June 6, 8:30-9:00.
Please note that the poster presenter should be by the poster during coffee/tea breaks.
e-Poster
Pdf-file of the poster, size less than 5 MB. When saving your PDF please use the filename: FamilyNameFirstAuthor_Heading

Poster pitches will be held in two shifts on June 6.
Poster pitches are intended to attract delegates to the poster sessions.
